Charlotte Saunders, brand support and franchise recruitment manager at Little Learners, reached out to Mango looking for territory mapping software to assist in the company’s franchise expansion plans. Due to continued growth across their core markets, keeping track of existing franchise locations while simultaneously driving growth was becoming a challenge.  

In addition to quickly building and editing territories, Charlotte wanted to meet the brand's unique market and demographic requirements to give every franchisee the best chance of success in their chosen market.

The Problem Mango Solved

Mango's professional services team worked closely with Little Learners to ensure their account was set up according to their unique requirements. The team began by importing a series of demographic and socioeconomic datasets specifically for the brand’s target market - everything from age bands to average earnings.

Little Learners’ existing territories were then mapped while tooling was prepared to enable location analysis for ongoing site selection - ensuring each territory had the highest chance of long-term success. 

During the franchise sales process, Mango's intuitive web-based design enables Little Learners to present each territory to prospective buyers, either in-person or by sharing a web link. Buyers can then quickly summarize each territory's demographic and socioeconomic profile to fully grasp the business opportunity on offer.

Video tutorials were also prepared for ongoing training on summarizing location data, performing data-driven analytics, searching for existing franchise locations, editing territory sizes and statuses, plus more.

Results 

Mango’s easy-to-use platform enabled Little Learners to create and visualize custom franchise territories based on location data specific to their target market.  

We achieved this by ensuring the brand's territories met all market and business requirements to offer a compelling business case to potential franchisees and the best chance of long-term success.
