In 2021, Inspire Brands Asia was looking for a territory mapping solution to help with their franchise development plans for the world-famous fitness brand, Anytime Fitness. 

Raheem Hamilton, Executive Vice President - Development, got in touch with Mango outlining the need for a mapping software that was customisable and able to map territories while helping to select new locations and drive growth across nine markets throughout Asia - all with their own unique demographics and nuances.

Raheem also needed the territory mapping provider to be able to collaborate with an external consulting agency to visualize a range of location datasets based on the brand’s business needs.

Mango’s professional services team helped set up their account by importing their existing franchise locations and preloading with population data. The services team also prepared tooling plus a workflow for building territories and performing location-based business intelligence to get a deep understanding of every territory’s opportunity and local market.

With the account set-up, the team also prepared a series of video tutorials that Anytime Fitness could use when wanting to add new locations, change territory status, summarize location metrics, plus much more. 

Along with mapping the brand’s existing territories and enabling Anytime Fitness to access relevant location data, Mango’s unique web-based design has enabled the Anytime Fitness team to engage prospective buyers by presenting the business opportunity for each new outlet and territory. This is a use case now proven across thousands of franchise territory sales for hundreds of brands all across the globe, with prospects able to access the data they need to make an informed decision.
