ForeverLawn is an artificial turf franchise founded by brothers Dale and Brian Karmie in 2004. Over the past 18 years, ForeverLawn has expanded to more than 80 dealers across the United States and Canada, serving clients such as Walt Disney World, Google, Starbucks, and ESPN.

Lauren Aten, Dealer Support from ForeverLawn, contacted Mango looking for an accessible territory mapping software. Lauren was looking to map ForeverLawn’s dealer territories while enabling their team to uncover opportunities in new markets by leveraging the power of location data.

Mango's pro services team first performed a full account set up, sourcing and visualizing  relevant datasets as well as mapping the brand’s existing dealer territories in the Mango platform.

Upon completion, ForeverLawn’s team could view all existing dealer territories on their map with a simple zip-code search. Mango's team then prepared the tooling required to build new territories and gather insightful business intelligence. 

Mango’s web-based design also ensured ForeverLawn could share maps with anyone, anytime, simply by sending a link to their online map. Their existing dealer network was empowered by accessible, vital information, while prospective dealers were offered a more engaging and data-driven sales process with the information necessary to make an informed purchasing decision. 

Mango's service team also prepared easy-to-follow video tutorials on using additional Mango tools and features, such as customizing the pop-up window, editing territory sizes and status, adding new locations, and using the summary tool.

Results 

ForeverLawn was able to visualize their dealer locations on a live digital map and drive growth by reaching more companies and communities in need of their services. 

Mango equipped ForeverLawn’s internal team with tools to engage their dealer network, make more data-driven decisions about new markets, and ensure all exclusive territories met the necessary requirements to succeed - both in size and local market opportunity.
