USAGE TIPS:

1. Expand to full screen by selecting tab in lower right of screen.

2. The pick lists on the left allow you to analyze individual local governments or specific call types or groups of calls..

3. Hold down the CTRL key to select multiple items.

4. Individual panels can be enlarged by clicking the upper right of each panel.

5. All panels are interactive...clicking on objects in the panels will "slice" the data to show you information specific to your choice.

6. Click any white space to clear selections.

7. Use the "select all" buttons to turn on and off all selections.

8. The number in the upper right is the total number of calls selected.

9. Page 2 (Map) and Page 3 (Time) are still under development.
