Geotech's Precinct Scout is a unique product within the Australian
marketplace, which profiles precincts across Australia via an interactive
online mapping solution. Precinct Scout
empowers organisations to make better, more profitable, location planning
decisions, by having easily accessible and comprehensive precinct data readily
available.
This includes a diverse range of retail environments: Shopping
Malls, Shopping Strips, CBD / Commercial Precincts, and Big Box / Homemaker Centres.
Powered by Mastercard's retail data, Precinct Scout displays
current indexed card transaction information for retail locations trading
within Geotech's Precincts. Mastercard's
retail data includes Transaction Volumes, Average Ticket Size, Average Sales,
and Sales Change of broad retail areas (compared to 12 months prior).
Precinct Scout visually displays the strength of the precinct on
each of these measures, for whichever of the four items is being viewed.
